Trading Update Q1 2019
Leuven, Belgium – May 20, 2019 – 19h00, Crescent NV, Gaston Geenslaan 14, 3001 Heverlee (Euronext Brussels: OPTI) During the first quarter of 2019 Crescent NV realized 4.8 mio €of revenues.
EBITDA for the quarter turned positive and the company maintains its outlook guidance of double digit growth for calendar 2019.
The board of directors will present the appointment of 4 independent directors to the general meeting of shareholders of 20 June.
Crescent will organize an extraordinary shareholder meeting (dd.20.06.2019) to enact a capital decrease through the absorption of accumulated & historic financial losses in order to improve its “equity to capital” ratio and lower its balance sheet. The net equity position of the company will not be affected by this operation and remains at 4.5 mio €.
